Coatings fail for a number of reasons. The 2 leading reasons coatings fail are surface preperation and moisture mitigation. The floor needs to be mechanically prepped by grinding the concrete and or shotblasting. The 2nd reason is moisture mititagtion. We install a moisture mititgation epoxy that drives deep into the properly prepared surface, creating a strong bond to the substrate. A bond much stronger than any 1 day floor application.
